Hostel
Students and other TIFR-H members have been provided hostel facility in leased apartments in close vicinity to the campus. Transport facility is provided from 07:00 hrs till 02:00 hrs between the Hostel and Campus. The facilities in our hostel include Cots, Mattresses, Study Tables, Chairs, Washing Machine and Internet facility. Post-doctoral fellows, Ph.D/I-Ph.D students will get allotted single room only after Ph.D registration . Visiting students, JRF and short-time visitors are given shared accommodation. At present TIFR-H hostel is stationed at Indus Crest, Tellapur with approximately 80 members.
Dining
TIFR-H has a common Cafeteria within the premises and caters to all the meals and snacks requirements (morning and night) of the entire TIFR-H from 08:00 hrs till 21:00 hrs.
Breakfast 08.00 hrs. to 10.30 hrs.
Lunch 12.30 hrs. to 14.30 hrs.
Dinner 19.30 hrs. to 21.00 hrs.
Coffee/Tea is available through out the day
Medical facility
A general physician is available twice a week in the TIFR-H Premises. During non-working hours, if need be, the patient is provided transport to visit the physician, and if directed, is taken to the authorised hospital under CHSS for further treatment. The charges incurred are reimbursed as per CHSS tariff.

Sports
Indoor games like Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess etc. are available in the campus. A playground has been developed for playing outdoor games like football, cricket and volley ball.
Gym
TIFR-H has a Full-fledged Gymnasium with Treadmill, Elliptical Cross Trainer, Electronic Bike, Multi Gym etc. which is open through out the day.
