Sreehari Rajendran

Junior Research Fellow

Email: sreeharir at tifrh dot res dot in

Sreehari completed his BS and MS in physics major from IISER Thiruvananthapuram. As an intern at IISERTVM’s Biomedical Imaging Lab, he worked on simulating photoacoustic maging contrast. Later he did his master project with Prof. Joy Mitra, in which he studied ZnO nanorods and water droplet evaporation. His hobbies include video games, playing video games soundtracks on piano, and going for long walks.

Pooja Kesarwani

Post-doctoral fellow

Email: poojap at tifrh dot res dot in

Pooja earned her Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, with a specialization in the synthesis of quantum materials, particularly perovskite oxides, using solid-state reaction and pulsed laser deposition techniques. Her research primarily focused on investigating the structural, magnetic, and transport properties of these materials.

Arunava Maiti

Junior Research Fellow

Email: amaiti at tifrh dot res dot in

I completed my MSc in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, where I focused on spin dynamics, nanomagnetism, and magnonics. My research experience includes electric-field control of magnonics, ferromagnetic resonance (FMR), and thin-film heterostructures. I am skilled in experimental techniques such as sputtering (DC and RF), VSM, and 3D printing, and proficient with tools like LabVIEW, OOMMF, and AutoCAD. Beyond academics, I enjoy playing badminton, reading storybooks, reciting, and swimming.
