Values

We believe in an inclusive workspace where people are not judged based on their backgrounds and antecedents. Rigor and interest in science, and a willingness to apply oneself, are the only things that we may insist on. By doing our work well, and facilitating that of others around us to the extent we can, we hope to make some difference.

If we are to have a motto, it is just paraphrasing of the famous and oft-repeated maxim: “All that is very well, but let us cultivate our garden”
