‘IRAA’ – a transformative strategy for next generation semiconductors
Research team led by Dr. Pabitra K Nayak from TIFR Hyderabad has been selected for ‘Challenge Awards 2021 on solar energy constituted by DST, government of India. Researcher team led by Dr. Pabitra Nayak at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Hyderabad, have introduced a new doping strategy called in situ regenerative adduct-assisted (IRAA) doping, a breakthrough approach that could redefine how organic semiconductors are electronically doped for next-generation optoelectronic devices. TIFR Hyderabad researchers make breakthrough finding on semiconductors
A research team led by Dr. Pabitra K Nayak from TIFR Hyderabad, have successfully tweaked low-cost semiconducting materials, similar to the composition of plastic, into conducting electricity more efficiently than before.
